Bob Oliver has almost forty years of investment banking advisory and private equity investing experience.  Early in his career in New York, he worked in Merrill Lynch’s capital markets group after which he joined a Rothschild family affiliate and served as a principal with an institutionally-funded, private equity firm.  Subsequently, he served in the investment banking departments of two well-established, regional securities firms, managing the investment banking and syndicate departments.  Over this period, he completed several successful turnaround assignments in the role of CEO and has served on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies.

During his career, Bob has advised on M&A transactions for both public and private companies, as well as, public debt and equity financing and private equity transactions.  His investment banking advisory and private equity principal experience crosses industries from financial services, industrial services, healthcare, consumer, technology and real estate.  In addition, he has global expertise, having completed transactions in the US, Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
