George E. Moseley has been a corporate attorney for more than 40 years, directing an extensive number of acquisitions, divestitures and financing. Prior to joining The Capital Corporation, George held positions as Secretary and General Counsel for a NYSE company, Corporate Secretary for a NASDAQ-listed company, and Secretary and General Counsel for a privately-held firm.


George's extensive legal expertise benefits all areas of The Capital Corporation, but is particularly valuable in mergers and acquisitions where he supervises due diligence and manages all outside counsel. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law.
