Terry Coleman joined The Capital Corporation after a long career as a Regional Analyst with multi-state banks and as commercial lender with a national SBA-guaranteed lending company. With additional experience in computer programming and business finance, Terry has a broad range of skills that allow him to focus on business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, custom financing, and producing strategic memorandums for client companies.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Clemson University as well as an Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming from Greenville Technical College.

He is a past member of the RMA (Robert Morris Associates), NACM (National Association of Credit Managers), and a current member of IBBA (International Business Brokers Association). He is also a candidate for the IBBA's CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation.
